Vendors will be pre-assigned a 10x10 outdoor space.

Only one vendor per 10x10 space. No booth sharing allowed.

All vendors must arrive by 5:30 PM & be completely set up by 5:45 PM. FOOD VENDORS SHOULD BE READY TO BEGIN SERVING FOOD PROMPTLY AT 6:00 PM.

OANA DOES NOT PROVIDE TENTS, TABLES, OR CHAIRS. Tents allowed, not required. If bringing a tent, please indicate below, so vendor layout can be arranged accordingly.

ELECTRICITY IS NOT GUARANTEED. Most booths are within 15 feet of an electrical outlet, but vendors must supply their own long extension cord.

VENDORS WHO REQUIRE ELECTRICITY FOR YOUR BOOTH ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING BACKUP POWER.

FOOD VENDORS POWERING MULTIPLE ITEMS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO BRING YOUR OWN GENERATOR OR BACKUP POWER.

NO VENDORS, INCLUDING FOOD VENDORS, ARE PERMITTED TO SELL BEVERAGES (ALCOHOLIC OR NONALCOHOLIC).

NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS. All vendors must stay for the duration of the festival. If sold out, vendor should place signage indicating so, and your booth is to remain set up until the close of the festival.

St. Bernard Parish and Louisiana State Sales Tax MUST be collected by vendor. Income reporting forms will be provided by OANA at the festival.

Sippin’in the Sunset and OANA, including event organizers, volunteers, and sponsors are not responsible for damage or theft of merchandise or money.

In the event of bad weather, refunds will only be issued if the festival is canceled by organizers.

Any vendor cancellation received after submission deadline will not be refunded.
