The purpose of OANA is to 

• improve the living conditions and serve the needs of the residents of our neighborhood.

• encourage the preservation of the architectural and cultural heritage of our neighborhood.

• serve as a clearinghouse for information important to Old Arabi.

• actively represent the interests of the neighborhood with the purpose of improving our community.
